Continuing my round-up of favorite wall sconces! If you didn’t catch Wall Sconces I’m Losing Sleep Over, Part 1: Single Sconces, don’t forget to check that out too. Moving on to double wall sconces! These are a good fit for hallways, between wall art, and in between vanity mirrors in bathrooms. In fact, I needed one for my ORC bathroom remodel and chose this very traditional style sconce. But today I’m rounding-up some show-stoppers that haven’t found a place in my home… yet. They’ve each been chosen for being distinctive.
1. WXXGY Wall Lamp
The tall, fluted glass shades on this sconce give it an elegant and regal look! The black and brass arms have a modern form, making it the perfect fusion of modern-traditional.
2. Elk Home Fuego 2 Light Wall Sconce
Loving the juxtaposition of bright gold glam and rustic concrete elements. I would find it tricky to get this to work in a bathroom, but I can see this it in a living room or hallway to compliment your wall art.
3. Westbrooke Double Sconce
Serena & Lily have some gorgeous coastal-inspired lighting to choose from. The rattan-wrapped arms on this sconce are so unique, but also subtle.

4. Leland Metal 2-Light Sconce
I’m a sucker for mixed metals in one piece. It’s so much easier to match with existing metals in the room! In case you haven’t noticed, I’m also a sucker for Pottery Barn sconces (I have them in 2/3 of my bathrooms). They always have an upscale look with just a hint of antique-style.

5. Greenwich Double Sconce
This sconce has layers like an onion with two shades per bulb. The outer shade (or bowl) actually encompasses the globe shade on the inside. It looks great either side up (always a plus) and the bowl comes in two finishes. The ones pictured feature subtle veining in the glass!
6. Cypress Champagne Double Wall Sconce
So.. ultra-modern light fixtures are not for me, but that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate the art! This sconce from CB2 is no exception. It’s modern but still elegant in polished brass.
7. Sage Double Sconce 2.25″
Schoolhouse boasts some of the best retro-inspired lighting out there! Classy striped glass shades are hard to find, and I considered this sconce for my ORC bathroom reno. I thought it would look best over a mirror, instead of in-between mirrors. It is exquisite though!
8. Bianco Double Sconce Brass
Another fusion of traditional and modern! The brass backplates and arms will vibe with a traditional or grand millennial interior style, but the shades are a nod to mid-mod. Lighting with a fusion of styles are great, because we’re likely to switch out our furniture and decor more often than lighting.

I could talk lighting all day, but I need to get back to some renovating! Light fixtures are perhaps my most favorite design element so keep an eye out for more round-ups!
