Hello and welcome to my blog! I’m Marissa – an avid home renovation DIY-er and lover of interior design. I’ve remodeled three of my own homes and counting. As a single mom of two boys, home life gets pretty crazy. My outlet and passion is this blog, and my home renovation projects!
I aim for traditional European-inspired interiors, with a touch of organic texture. I love patterns, wall art, and a great vintage piece of furniture! I try to make rooms tell a story – for myself, friends, family, and my clients along the way.
I was born and raised in Nothern California, then spent most of my 20s in London, England. Since then, I’ve also lived in Nevada and New Jersey before settling in Idaho! I draw much of my inspiration from the variety of places I’ve lived, and from my travels around the world.
